Flexible Membership Guidelines 2024/2025.
Our club has a “Flexible Membership” category that allows its members to use up credits to play either 9 or 18 holes giving them a more flexible approach to golf club membership.
The cost of the Flexible Membership is £500 + £14.50 Union Fees and for that you get 500 credits to use up during the membership season which is a 10 month period (1st Nov – 31st Aug). You can choose to play either 9 or 18 holes, depending on when you play determines the number of credits that get deducted from your allowance. Please see the tariff chart below.

The Flexible Membership is a fabulous solution for those new to the game or have limited time. It is an alternative, cost-effective option to the traditional 5 & 7 day memberships that most golf clubs adopt. Please see the details over the page.

- Can enter Club competitions
- Reduced Green Fee rates for your guests
Information:
- You MUST register in the Pro Shop before every round you play. Failure to do so may lead to your Membership being rescinded.
- Once you have used up all your 500 credits you can top them back up in increments of 30 credits at a time.
- There is no limit to how many times you can top up during the year.
- If you wish to upgrade to either Gold (5 Day) or Platinum (7 Day) membership you will be liable for the full cost of the higher category and will be charged the full difference. This is regardless of the point in the year you upgrade.
- Any points left over at the end of the year are not carried over.
Restrictions:
- When entering club competitions, you will be deducted the credits for the round plus the entry fee for the day.
- You will be unable to win the clubs Major / Board competitions.
- You will have no vote in the club’s annual AGM.
- Play is unrestricted during the week but play is only permitted after 12pm on Saturdays & after 10am Sundays during the Summer. During the Winter play is allowed after 10am on Saturdays and 10am on Sundays
