Have you been a member of The Radcliffe on Trent Golf Club before?

If so, when?

I hereby apply to become a member of The Radcliffe on Trent Golf Club in the category indicated above and agree, if elected, to be bound by the Rules and Regulations of the Club in force from time to time.

The Club year runs from 1st July to 30th June.

I understand and accept that should I wish to resign my membership for the following year members are required to notify the General Manager in writing at least one month prior to the start of the next financial year of the Club and shall pay all monies due at the date of such notice otherwise I will be liable for the relevant membership subscription for the ensuing year.

If throughout the year you wish to upgrade to a higher membership category, then the difference between the two categories needs to be paid in full.
